Kids Scrapbooking

The sky is the limit with themes, colors, photos, cropping, matting, embellishing and patterned papers. Kids scrapbooks are so vibrant and so fun. It does depend however whether you wish for your kids to scrapbook their own albums, you are scrapbooking with your children or you are scrapbooking for your children. This will change the dynamic of how the project starts and how it progresses. If you are seeking scrapbook projects for kids - you can create the scrapbook from scratch or you can purchase kids scrapbook kits. That's up to you. No matter how you start this scrapbook project, you will want to ensure that the scrapbook is doable for their age. My daughter (age 6) for example - has enough attention span for about 1 page at a time. Scrapbooking Your Dreams
Have you ever heard the term: Vision Map or Vision Board? Or perhaps you have heard of a Dream Journal or Dream Book? (And no I am not speaking of dream interpretation books). These books are essentially scrapbooks of dreams to come. They are filled with photo's and journals and stats and documents of dreams one might have for their future. What their dream house, car or vacation might look like; what they might look like (body shape, hair color etc) and possibly even things such as the destinies of their children. You can put anything you want in your dream book. But why not make it a scrapbook? Full of hopes and dreams that you have? You can do anything you wish with this scrapbook of dreams - since much of it is a fantasy. THEN...if you want to take it a step further, you can make affirmations about your dreams so that they do come true. So that you do get that dream house, car and vacation. You see an event to take place and you want to preserve your memories (your thoughts), you watch a television show that makes you think about the people you love and how you can show it and share it, you meet a new baby and you want to follow the life of this child in a way that help them learn more about themselves as they grow older... Mothers Day Scrapbook
That time of year is rapidly approaching now. You have less than a month to plan and prepare for that perfect mothers day. So how are you going to treat your mom this year? (Yes, you can plan for your own mother's day as well... but lets focus on your mom right now.) You could treat her to a spa day for sure. What MOM doesn't appreciate that. Perhaps only magic can explain creativity, that sudden “aha!” moment when it all comes together. Some have said that it’s something mysterious and puzzling, perhaps impossible to figure out.
