Basketball Scrapbook Ideas

Now this particular page was really fun to make. Of course it was done as a digital scrapbook page – but it had to be. My son was sketching a basketball one day and I decided that it would be really cool to turn his sketch into a photoshop brush.
A few stamps and filters later – and some accidental “paste into” functions I managed to piece this basketball scrapbook page together quite nicely.
It ended up being a tribute to my husband who has been playing and coaching basketball since he was 15. He absolutely loves the sport and now my son does as well.
So next time you are seeking a basketball theme or basketball page why not consider making your own digital pages around it? Maybe you don’t have an artist in the family. Perhaps you can get creative with some stock photo’s of basketballs and play with the filters until you create the look you are anxious for.
Who know’s you might even want to create all of the pages digitally but then get SUPER creative by making a basketball shaped album to place them in.
If I did that – I would probably make it a chipboard album and paste or even podge my pages to the boards.
Hope these basketball scrapbook ideas worked for you…or gave you some inspiration to work with.
Happy scrapping!
